Request for Media Stations /Media Production Company or Consultant firm for National Radio and Television Message/program production and transmission service
Introduction
The Ethiopian Midwives Association (EMwA) proposed a National Radio and Television Message/program production and transmission with the help of UNICEF. The National Radio and Television message/program production and transmission sets out to produce and transmit radio and Television messages /program related to strengthening Basic Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (BEmONC) program in Ethiopia.
Objective of the Radio and Television Program
- Production and transmission of Twelve (12) radio messages/program related to strengthening Basic Emergency Obstetric and Newborn care (BEmONC) program in Ethiopia (each having duration of 15 - 30 minutes) on a National Radio Station covering the whole Ethiopia in Amharic language and may include linked FM stations.
- Production and transmission of one (1) television messages/program related to strengthening Basic Emergency Obstetric and Newborn care (BEmONC) program in Ethiopia (having duration of thirty minute) on a National Television Station covering the whole Ethiopia in Amharic language.
Therefore Ethiopian Midwives Association (EMwA) is currently seeking the services of a Media Station /media production company or consultant firm for the production and transmission of a National Radio and Television message/program service.
Requirement
Requirement in order to qualify for the submission of its proposal.
- Previous experience in similar tasks or consultancies and recommendations (if any)
- Attachment of all supportive documents with the technical and financial proposal is required.
- The Media Station /media production company or consultant firm should be a registered firm and whose license has been renewed for the current Ethiopian fiscal year.

- Potential Media Station /media production company or consultant firm are invited to collect TOR for the detail activities of the service for free of charge from our office or through email: info@midwives.org.et or recruit@midwives.org.et.
- Potential Media Station /media production company or consultant firm can apply for both radio and television programs or one of the channels (radio or TV) production and transmission service.
- The Procurement Committee will open all tender responses /bids at a date and time of its own discretion. Ethiopian Midwives Association /EMwA/ reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid.
Interested bidders can submit their Financial & Technical proposal in a separate sealed envelopes from Monday to Friday Morning 2.30 -6.30 & Afternoon 7.30 – 11.00 & on Saturday from 2.30- 6.30, to EMwA’s Office around 22 on the way to Lem Hotel, Equatorial Guinea Road, behind Meklit building and Elsa Kollo or can send through postal address, P.
